Coffee Bars

Sift 3 c flour and 1 t baking soda
Add 1 pound light brown sugar (2 1/4 cups)
Separately beat 2 eggs and 1 coffee - add to dry ingredients.
Add 1 t vanilla and 1 cup oil.

Spread in cookie sheet.
Top with chocolate chips (1/2 c).

Bake 350 for 20 min.

Note:
Since Randy avoids caffeine in drinks ...
I used Folger's naturally decaf instant coffee.
