All Bran Muffins

In one bowl mix:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 T baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

In another bowl:
2 cups All-Bran® cereal
1 1/4 cups milk
Let stand for two minutes or until softened.
Add in:
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
And then add in flour misture

Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
