I am dealing with a tooth in pain (called dentist).
I needed something to eat that was soft but hearty.
So I created my own macaroni and cheese casserole.
Cook up 2 cups of elbow macaroni
Drain and add in the following:
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk (evap is okay)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
To the top add:
A thin layer of parmesian cheese
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
