Pineapple Cheese Muffins

1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix pineapple (with syrup) and the remaining ingredients.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes.

Not sure where I had originally grabbed the recipe.
Had it in my recipe file for years but had not made it.

Future variation may include a cup of shredded cheese.
Neither the pineapple nor the cheese were obvious.
