Bible Stories (Week 3)

Cathy asked for the story of David & Bathsheba. So we did 2 Samuel 11, reading about David's fall. The main things we noticed were that David wasn't where he was supposed to be which was the reason he was in the position for a fall and after, he tried to cover up his sin, eventually ending with the death of Bathsheda's husband Uriah. It's amazing how the pattern repeats itself in our own lives - being in a position for a fall and then the cover-ups after.
