Macaroonies

Beat:
2 eggs
1/8 t salt
3/4 c sugar

Fold in:
½ c flour
1 T butter, melted

Stir in:
2 c flaked coconut
1 c (6 oz) chocolate chips
1 t grated lemon or orange rind (I use lemon extract)
1 t vanilla

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls

Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes.
Makes 2½ - 3 dozen.
