Sift:
2¼ c flour
1 c sugar
2¼ t baking powder
1 t salt
½ t cinnamon
¼ t nutmeg
Stir in:
1 c Wheat Chex crushed to ½ c
1/3 c raisins
Combine:
1 eggs, slightly beaten
2 T oil
1/3 c orange juice
1 c drained whole cranberry sauce
Add to dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes.
Variation: I use whole can of cranberry sauce.
