Into pie plate:
1 1/2 cups of cut up chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
Separately mix up:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 c Bisquick
Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes
Modification:
I used about 2 cups of chicken.
Probably should have kept it 1 1/2 cups
but I was using up leftover chicken.
Cheese-wise only added a little extra.
