French Toast Casserole

Into 9 x 13 pan:
1 loaf of Pepperidge Farm® Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cubed
3/4 cup raisins

Mix up in bowl:
6 well beaten eggs
3 cups of milk
2 tsp vanilla

Pour eggs-milk mix over bread mix.
Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Could be kept in overnight.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Serve with butter and syrup.

Notes/observations:
I did not add cinnamon sugar
It is great. And plenty sweet enough.
Would be good for company brunch.
It serves 8 persons - easily.
We'll be eating it for a few days yet.
In the future will half recipe for just the two of us.
