American Goulash

In New England this is called American Chop Suey

1 pound ground beef - cooked and drained
2 cups elbow macaroni - cooked and drained
1 lb spaghetti sauce - mix with beef and macaroni

Pour into 13 x 9 casserole dish.
Add cheese to your liking if you want to.

Bake at 300 for 15 minutes.
Or for 30 minutes if refrigerated first.
